Barefoot shoes are not ideal for every ocaison. For example, too thin sole can actually do more harm to your body than good, if not used right. If you insist in wearing thin soles but feel pain than you are being irresponsible.If you tighten your shoes too much and because ofo that get blisters, you are being irresponsibe. Everithing you do wih your legs and your body refelcs how caring you are to yourself and how wiling are you to learn from mistakes. When you feel comfort, because you have chosen to then there is no point anymore in trying to find other aspects of your advantage. For example if you want to be faster, don't try changing your footwear you already have prooven to be comfortable. You can get faster with current one, jsut by training, otherwise consequences may proove you only harmed yourself in order to get quicker results.

Another instance of understanding the performance of human body is to interpretate the all known saying no pain no gain. It doesn't mean you need to pursuit the pain to get better but if you feel like pushing yourself to the limit, and pain comes in the way, that is just sign you have reached the limit and you will get better after you heal. If youwouldnt cross the pain barrier, you would get better as well, that is soemthing to cosider
